I was on my way to another bakery to buy some cupcakes when I realized I was right in front of a cupcake shoppe. Well, I should have kept going. I bought six cupcakes for a reasonable $16, but they were the worst cupcakes I've ever bought. I would have been better off going to Loblaws. I bought the chocolate cupcakes and they barely tasted like chocolate and they were dry. The icing was supposed to be buttercream, but all I tasted was icing sugar and oil.
The gift part of the store is adorable and worth a visit, but I'd stay away from the swirl cupcakes.
